A company is looking for a R&D Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize software to extract and analyze data for product pricing improvements
• Perform predictive modeling projects and test new rating models
• Independently monitor product performance, identify issues, and make recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of product management or analytical experience in insurance or similar industry
• 3+ years of property casualty insurance experience with advanced knowledge preferred
• Experience working with SAS, Python, R, and visualization software
