Job Summary
A company is looking for a R&D Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analysis software to recommend product pricing improvements and perform predictive modeling projects
- Independently monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
- Contribute to product and pricing enhancements and assist in the development of next-generation insurance products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or analytics in insurance or related industry
- 3+ years of property casualty insurance experience with advanced knowledge of product, pricing, underwriting, and regulations
- Proficiency in data manipulation using tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Python
- Experience working with predictive modeling techniques and visualization software
