Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate, R&D Outsourcing for a remote position in MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing contract development and management, purchase order requisitioning, and invoice resolution
• Supporting month-end expense reconciliation and vendor selection initiatives
• Coordinating vendor onboarding, managing Sunshine Act reporting, and organizing outsourcing-related meetings

Required Qualifications:

• College degree with 3+ years of work experience
• Prior experience in clinical development or related R&D areas preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Financial acumen to evaluate budgets and expenditures
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
