Radiation Hardness Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading radiation assurance activities within the Space Systems product line, the full-time hybrid Radiation Hardness Assurance Manager will manage a team of engineers, oversee project execution, and develop radiation assurance plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and ownership of radiation hardness assurance project activities
• Lead a team of radiation engineers, prioritizing and monitoring their tasks
• Develop and implement radiation assurance plans and conduct radiation assurance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Math with 10 years of experience
• Current Secret level clearance
• Experience in engineering development or production related to radiation hardness in digital electronics
• Understanding of space radiation effects and environments on component manufacturing and testing
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) with program scheduling and planning
