Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiation Oncology Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate charge levels and ensure ICD specificity
• Review and process held charges in the billing system within designated timelines
• Collaborate with the denials team to resolve coding-related issues and ensure proper authorizations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• Coding certification required; ROCC certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of radiation coding experience required
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT Coding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
