Radiologist Scheduler

Job Summary

To support effective radiology operations, the full-time remote Radiologist Scheduler will manage provider schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels while serving as the primary liaison between clinical operations, client hospitals, and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively create and maintain provider schedules to meet client staffing requirements and manage vacation and on-call shifts
• Act as the main liaison with locum agencies to secure qualified providers and collaborate with the credentialing team for timely onboarding
• Maintain the provider scheduling application, perform data entry, and generate schedule reports as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a healthcare scheduler
• Associate degree in business or healthcare administration (preferred)
• Two (2) years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a healthcare scheduler (preferred)
