Radiology Access Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, the full-time Radiology Access Specialist will manage complex scheduling for diagnostic imaging exams and procedures while providing exceptional customer service, with the possibility of remote work in approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates complex appointment schedules and manages patient orders for imaging exams
• Communicates with medical and Radiology staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Prepares patients with necessary pre-examination information and materials

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of medical office experience
• Ability to work varied shifts and manage a busy environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and EMR systems
