Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates patient care for those with incidental findings and lung cancer screenings, ensuring effective communication and scheduling
  • Tracks and documents patient interventions and outcomes, providing emotional support and education to patients and families
  • Collaborates with healthcare providers and participates in performance improvement activities to enhance program efficiency and patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma with at least one year of post-high school medical education; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of clinical oncology healthcare or hospital-based experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in computer databases and software, including Excel and Word; prior Epic experience preferred
  • Ability to function autonomously and demonstrate strong organizational skills
