Radiology Imaging Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Imaging Support Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for imaging media and electronic health records
• Manage imaging disc requests and communicate with patients and external providers
• Coordinate with facilities for electronic image transfers and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Knowledge of Mediawriter hardware for regulatory maintenance
• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
