Key responsibilities
- Analyze workflows by engaging with radiologists to identify improvement opportunities in reporting habits and template usage
- Customize reporting templates and software settings to reduce friction and create measurable value tailored to departmental needs
- Develop and implement personalized adoption strategies that meet users where they are, rather than relying on generic training plans
Required qualifications
- Understanding of clinical reporting workflows, medical terminology, and structured templates, with experience in radiology technologies preferred
- Strong communication skills to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience in training and adoption, with a focus on empowering users to become confident advocates of technology
- Technical proficiency in healthcare IT environments and software configurations
