Radiology Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the full specialty operations team, the remote Senior Director, Operations Radiology will manage day-to-day operational performance across all radiology sites, drive accountability to key metrics, and develop strategic objectives and policies to enhance specialty operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance metrics, including wRVUs and turnaround times, across all radiology sites
• Develop and implement site-level operational playbooks and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
• Manage radiologist productivity targets and oversee critical findings communication compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field with 10 years of progressive operations management experience
• 5+ years of radiology specialty-specific healthcare experience required
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience in healthcare, physician specialty management, and multi-location operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management and performance measures affecting specialty operations
