Radiology Operations Executive

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency within the radiology division, the full-time Associate Vice President, Operations will develop divisional strategies, mentor leadership teams, and oversee practice lines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve divisional strategy, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across divisional operations and leadership teams
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of management-level staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and eight years of relevant work experience
• Six years of experience in a mid- to senior-level management role
• Experience in healthcare, physician practice management, and multi-location operations
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop others
