Radiology Operations Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for clients and clinicians, handling calls, emails, and chat messages
• Monitor clinical applications for operational targets and resolve imaging exceptions
• Facilitate communication between providers and develop expertise in radiology applications

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1+ years in a radiology support role, or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in healthcare or radiology support
• Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and radiology applications
• Experience with ticketing systems or CRMs, preferably Salesforce
• Basic IT support and computer skills, including hardware troubleshooting
• Understanding of medical and radiology terminology preferred
