Radiology Reporting Coordinator

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time remote Radiology Reporting Coordinator will manage radiologist worklists, collaborate with clinical teams on dictation and reporting applications, and assist with workflow improvements while ensuring effective communication with radiologists and referring physicians.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all radiologist worklists and escalate concerns as needed
• Collaborate with clinical operation teams to support radiologist dictations and reporting
• Assist in testing and implementing new software functionalities related to radiologist workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare communications and/or customer service preferred
• Multi-vendor IS experience with RIS/PACS
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
