Radiology Reporting Coordinator
Job Summary
To support clinical operations, the full-time remote Radiology Reporting Coordinator will manage radiologist worklists, collaborate with clinical teams on dictation and reporting applications, and assist in workflow improvements while providing customer service to radiologists and referring physicians.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical operation teams to support radiologist dictations and reporting
- Manage radiologist worklists and escalate concerns as necessary
- Assist in testing and implementing new software related to radiologist workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred
- Two years of experience in healthcare communications or customer service preferred
- Experience with multi-vendor IS, specifically RIS/PACS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and analytical abilities
