Radiology Reporting Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality patient care, the full-time remote Radiology Reporting Coordinator will manage radiologist worklists, collaborate with clinical operations, and assist in implementing efficient workflows for radiologist dictations and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical operation teams to support radiologist dictations and reporting applications
- Manage radiologist worklists and escalate concerns as necessary
- Assist in testing and implementing new software and workflows related to radiologist operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred
- Two years of experience in healthcare communications and/or customer service preferred
- Multi-vendor IS experience with RIS/PACS
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities with effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
