Radiology Reporting Coordinator

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the part-time Radiology Reporting Coordinator will manage radiologist worklists, collaborate with clinical teams on dictation and reporting applications, and assist with critical results communication in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all radiologist worklists and escalate concerns as needed
• Collaborate with clinical operation teams to support radiologist dictations and reporting
• Assist in implementing and adjusting workflows to improve efficiencies in case distribution and management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in healthcare communications and/or customer service preferred
• Multi-vendor IS experience with RIS/PACS
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
