Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler (Remote - Full Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register procedures with callers for outpatient offices
• Assist patients and referring physician offices in scheduling appropriate procedures
• Manage multiple phone lines and maintain a professional presence during high call volumes

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple phone lines and providing superior customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA guidelines
• Radiology scheduling experience is required
• One year or more of clinical/scheduling experience
• High School Diploma or GED
