Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler (Remote - Full Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register procedures with callers for outpatient offices
• Provide superior customer service and manage multiple phone lines effectively
• Obtain accurate clinical, demographic, and financial information during the scheduling process

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple phone lines and providing customer service in a virtual environment
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA guidelines
• Radiology scheduling experience required
• One year or more of clinical/scheduling experience
• High School Diploma or GED
