Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler to work from home at a rate of $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule radiology appointments including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CTs
• Address questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs
• Document all patient/member interactions using management software

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in customer service
• Healthcare background in a clinical setting or contact center
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
