Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across multiple modalities
• Document all patient interactions and updates in designated CRM and scheduling systems
• Serve as a knowledge resource for patients regarding imaging procedures and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
• Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
