Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient imaging needs, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will work remotely to schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments while providing compassionate and accurate support in a high-volume contact center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage radiology appointments across various modalities, ensuring timely and accurate service
• Document patient interactions and updates in designated CRM and scheduling systems while adhering to healthcare protocols
• Serve as a knowledge resource for patients regarding imaging procedures and coordinate with providers as needed

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a Work from Home customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
