Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient healthcare needs, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will work remotely to schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments while providing compassionate and accurate support in a high-volume contact center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across various imaging modalities
• Handle complex patient interactions, demonstrating independent reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Accurately document patient interactions and provide information regarding imaging procedures and preparation instructions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a Work from Home customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
• Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
