Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient healthcare needs, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will manage scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling radiology appointments in a remote work environment while providing compassionate and accurate assistance to patients and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across various imaging modalities
• Handle complex patient interactions, utilizing independent reasoning and problem-solving within defined workflows
• Document all patient interactions and updates accurately in designated CRM and scheduling systems

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a Work from Home customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
• Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
