Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare service, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will manage patient scheduling for various diagnostic imaging services, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to schedule and coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging services, appointment availability, and insurance verification
• Accurately document all patient interactions and appointment details in the appropriate systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service environment, preferably in scheduling
• Experience working from home in a secure and distraction-free environment, compliant with HIPAA standards
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Windows-based systems and CRM or scheduling platforms
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
