Radiology Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Associate who will handle scheduling and pre-registration calls for Radiology appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contact patients and referring physician offices
• Follow prescribed scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling/pre-registration calls
• Enter patient data accurately into the computer system and escalate calls as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
