Radiology Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator III (Radiology).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for outpatients in the Department of Radiology and coordinate with other hospital departments
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information, and handle incoming calls efficiently
• Communicate procedure-related preparation information to families and triage calls as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• More than 8 years of experience in scheduling patients or related healthcare experience
• Hospital experience preferred
• Experience with medical terminology preferred
• Radiology experience preferred
