Radiology Scheduling Representative

Job Summary

Seeking full-time Radiology Patient Scheduling Representatives to coordinate patient scheduling for diagnostic imaging services remotely, ensuring timely access to care and providing a compassionate scheduling experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patients for radiology procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Review imaging orders for accuracy and completeness prior to scheduling
• Educate patients on preparation instructions, documentation requirements, and procedure expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience using Epic EMR/EHR and navigating scheduling workflows
• 1-3 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
