Job Summary

Supporting a leading healthcare organization, the full-time Radiology Scheduling Representative will coordinate patient scheduling for diagnostic imaging services, ensuring timely access to care while working remotely in a compassionate and professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patients for radiology procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Review imaging orders for accuracy and completeness before scheduling appointments
• Educate patients on preparation instructions and verify insurance coverage as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience using Epic EMR/EHR and navigating scheduling workflows
• 1-3 years of healthcare scheduling or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
