Radiology Service Coordinator

Job Summary

To support daily operations, the full-time remote Radiology Service Coordinator will monitor imaging systems, ensure exam accuracy, communicate with healthcare teams, and handle support calls while maintaining documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues as needed
• Ensure exam accuracy and completeness while generating operational reports
• Communicate with radiologists, physicians, and client teams to resolve inquiries

Required qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with established workflows
• Knowledge of medical terminology, PACS, EHR, or EMR systems preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective troubleshooting
