Radiology Service Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Service Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report radiology actionable findings and communicate with ordering physicians
• Facilitate workflow improvements for Radiologists and ensure follow-up exams are completed
• Coordinate communication between Radiologists and physicians, including scheduling and confirming patient appointments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of Administrative Assistant or related experience
• Prior exposure to Epic, Excel, and other electronic medical records systems preferred
• Ability to work independently in a high-stress environment
• Basic skills in PC hardware and software
