Radiology Service Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Service Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming calls from referring physicians, technologists, and Radiologists
• Facilitate communication of exam results and incidental findings between Radiologists and ordering physicians
• Assist with clerical tasks and document all communications related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate degree or post-secondary coursework in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Experience or training in radiology or a call center preferred
• Certification in medical terminology preferred
