Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Radiology Service Navigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with departmental goals and standards
• Lead workflow improvement initiatives and manage staff scheduling
• Communicate with ordering physicians regarding actionable findings and track resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required
• Two or more years of administrative assistant or related experience
• Prior exposure to Epic, Excel, and other electronic medical records systems preferred
• Basic skills in PC hardware and software
• Ability to work independently in a high-stress environment
