Radiology Support Specialist

Job Summary

To provide exceptional client service in a high-volume environment, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will work remotely, managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient workflow through the reading center.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls and requests
• Efficiently draft X-rays and verify cross-sectional exams while remediating studies on the exceptions work list
• Establish effective working rapport with the clinical team and troubleshoot workflow gaps with diagnostic information

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred associate or bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
• Radiology Certification is a plus
