Radiology Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional client service in a remote environment, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill requests to maximize workflow through the reading center, working Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST with rotating weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Field requests from Radiologists and resolve issues through client contact or IT support integration
• Deliver client satisfaction by effectively managing client calls and troubleshooting workflow gaps
• Utilize multiple information systems to verify diagnostic information and ensure efficient drafting and remediation of studies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred associate or bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
• Radiology Certification is a plus
