Radiology Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic radiology team, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will provide exceptional client service to hospitals and radiologists, ensuring efficient workflow through the reading center in a 100% remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Field requests from Radiologists and resolve issues through client contact or IT support integration
• Deliver client satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries, problems, and database queries
• Utilize multiple information systems to verify diagnostic information and troubleshoot workflow gaps

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
• Radiology Certification is a plus
• Associate or bachelor degree in business or healthcare administration or related field preferred
