Radiology Support Specialist
Job Summary
Providing exceptional client service, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will work remotely to maximize workflow through the reading center by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and managing database queries during scheduled shifts from 12:00AM to 8:30PM EST, including rotating weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls and requests
- Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams while managing workflow exceptions
- Establish effective working rapport with clinical teams and generate process improvement ideas
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred associate or bachelor degree in business or healthcare administration
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Radiology Certification is a plus
