Job Summary
To provide exceptional client service in a high-volume environment, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will work remotely, managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient workflow through the reading center.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls and requests
- Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams while troubleshooting workflow gaps
- Establish effective working rapport with clinical teams and generate process improvement ideas
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Radiology Certification is a plus
- Associate or bachelor degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
