Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the Radiology Support Team, including performance evaluation and coaching
Monitor key metrics and implement action plans to improve team performance and workflow
Collaborate with clients and leadership to resolve patient care and technical issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related or IT field; ARRT/GXMO certification preferred
1+ years of radiology experience with PACS systems
Strong understanding of radiology workflows and medical imaging terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills required
Availability for weekend and overnight on-call rotations
