A company is looking for a Rapid Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process referral intakes for Workers Compensation Case Managers and Adjustors
• Schedule referrals and maintain communication with patients and clinics
• Maintain tracking logs and complete chart audits

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with referral management systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
