Key Responsibilities

• Process referral intakes for Workers Compensation Case Managers, Adjustors, and Commercial Accounts
• Schedule appointments and confirm initial evaluations with patients
• Maintain tracking and communication logs, and conduct chart audits

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior experience in healthcare coordination or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
