Job Summary
To increase laboratory sales revenue, the full-time Rare Disease Account Executive will manage a sales territory in Northern California, promoting genetic diagnostic testing services and advocating their clinical and financial benefits to healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow business in existing accounts while expanding menu utilization
- Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers and negotiate contracts
- Develop and implement customer-specific action plans and deliver presentations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in selling laboratory services or medical device sales
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
- Strong track record of sales success in laboratory testing across medical specialties
- Ability to sell technically complex products and develop customer relationships
