Rater Integration Program Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager, the successful candidate will own the strategy and execution for integrating comparative rating platforms, manage partner relationships, and drive product launches to enhance written premium growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for launching new products and states on comparative rater platforms, focusing on timely execution to drive business growth
- Serve as the primary contact for integration issues, managing escalations and migration requests across teams
- Define and track program-level KPIs, reporting on integration performance and risks to leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, particularly in integration or partner/vendor management
- Direct experience with comparative rater platforms and launching new products or carriers
- Experience with API integration and migrating systems to a centralized API model
- Strong program governance skills, including roadmapping and KPI definition
- Insurance industry experience, particularly in P&C and agency distribution, is required
