Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Rates Analyst will configure utility rate structures, analyze utility bills, and audit billing setups while working remotely to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure utility rate structures for new client properties
• Analyze utility bills, tariffs, and rate schedules

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in utility billing, rate analysis, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
