Rates and Forms Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and regulatory compliance of title insurance rates, rules, and policy forms, the full-time Rates and Forms Compliance Analyst will prepare and submit filings, analyze documentation, and ensure data integrity in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit rate, rule, and form filings in accordance with state DOI requirements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of rate manuals, underwriting guidelines, and policy forms
• Translate approved rates and forms into system configurations and perform testing for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for data analysis and document comparison
• Experience with insurance policies, compliance, or underwriting support
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on documentation and audit readiness
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working with rating manuals and pricing structures
