Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge, RBP Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to RBP members, employer groups, and vendors
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve member issues
• Make outgoing calls to hospitals and physicians to address barriers to care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Previous self-funded and RBP experience required
• Preferred call center experience
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business
• Familiarity with RBP pricing models and vendors
