Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge, RBP Member Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to RBP members, employer groups, and vendors
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve member issues
• Make outgoing calls to hospitals and physicians to resolve barriers to care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Previous Self-funded and RBP experience required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Associates Degree in Business preferred
• Familiarity with RBP pricing models and vendors is a must
