Key Responsibilities

• Own RBT recruiting from sourcing to start
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure candidates progress effectively

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (ABA experience preferred)
• Experience managing a high volume of candidates end-to-end
• Proven sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Empathy for both the candidate and provider experience
