RCM Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Account Manager responsible for managing the financial performance and billing success of interventional psychiatry clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clinics, managing client communication regarding billing performance and operational questions
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue performance and lead monthly performance reviews with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in RCM, billing account management, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle, including charge capture and AR follow-up
• Experience with behavioral health billing and proficiency in relevant systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• A patient-first mindset with a focus on improving clinician workflows and patient outcomes
