Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with EMR software and RCM tools, preferably Nextech
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
• 3+ years of experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
